Joe Blasco Highlighters and Shaders High-pigment Cream cover. Appears natural with only a very thin application. Needs less powder to set, and lasts much longer than most other makeup on the market today. Apply with a wet or dry foam sponge, or fingertips. The Highlighter is for bringing a feature out. I use the orange Highlighter over the blue Neutralizer on the under-eye area. The Shader does the opposite, it contours the area; great for minimizing a larger nose or making cheekbones pop (use in the hollow area of the cheek).
