How To Use:
Apply eyeliner at the base of upper lashes. For a fine line, apply to eye lid using the point of the tip. For a thicker line hold Line Art at an angle and apply to eye lid. For best results keep product stored upright with cap facing down and keep cap tightly closed to avoid pen from drying out.
