Reel's Color Wheel Palette is a paint box with all every Reel spectrum color, including Aged Tattoo Linear and Red Neutralizer. Create virtually any color either flesh-tones or vivid spectrum colors! Reel Color Palettes are activated with Reel Developer or 99% Alcohol only. Simply drop a few drops into a color and activate the color with a brush or sponge to achieve your desired effect.
