Reel Creations Cover-Up/Effects Palette Kit is the most versatile palette in the Reel Palette collection! Create bruises, black eyes, cuts, etc. as well as cover-up tattoos, bruises, scars, and more!

Reel Color Palettes are activated with Reel Developer or 99% Alcohol only. Simply drop a few drops into a color and activate the color with a brush or sponge to achieve your desired effect.
